IMPACTO DE LAS HERRAMIENTAS DIGITALES INTERACTIVAS EN EL RENDIMIENTO ACADÉMICO UNIVERSITARIO BAJO MODELOS HÍBRIDOS DE ENSEÑANZA

Resumen

La digitalización de la educación superior ha incentivado la adopción de los modelos híbridos de enseñanza, los cuales incorporan herramientas digitales que se centran en mejorar los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. En este sentido, en los últimos años, las universidades han incrementado el uso de plataformas de gestión del aprendizaje, herramientas de colaboración, aplicaciones de gamificación y sistemas de comunicación sincrónica para mejorar el rendimiento académico, la participación del alumnado y el desarrollo de competencias digitales. No obstante, aún existen disparidades en los resultados obtenidos, en función de los factores pedagógicos, tecnológicos e institucionales, que generan dificultad a la hora de extraer conclusiones integradoras sobre su efectividad. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue analizar el impacto de las herramientas digitales interactivas en el rendimiento académico universitario bajo modelos híbridos de enseñanza, identificando las tecnologías más utilizadas, sus beneficios y los factores asociados a su efectividad. El presente trabajo fue una revisión bibliográfica sistemática de carácter cualitativo, siguiendo las normas PRISMA 2020. La búsqueda de la evidencia científica se llevó a cabo de enero a mayo del 2026 en bases de datos internacionales como Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, IEEE Xplore, Wiley, Taylor & Francis y ERIC, aplicando los criterios de inclusión y exclusión establecidos a priori. Los resultados mostraron que las plataformas Moodle, Microsoft Teams, Google Classroom, ¡Kahoot!, Quizizz y Padlet eran las herramientas incluidas de forma más habitual, observándose efectos positivos sobre el rendimiento académico, la motivación, la participación, el aprendizaje colaborativo, la autonomía y el desarrollo de competencias digitales. Se concluyó que las herramientas digitales interactivas contribuyen de forma significativa a la mejora del rendimiento académico universitario siempre que estas sean utilizadas de acuerdo con estrategias pedagógicas, formación docente, infraestructura tecnológica, políticas institucionales sobre la innovación educativa y una transformación digital sostenible.
